THE FLATS AT DORSETT RIDGE

The Flats at Dorsett Ridge is a new construction multi-family residential building. The building encompasses four stories of type A and B residential units, community center, an interior courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool, and connects to a three story residential parking lot. The dramatic changes in grade on the southern side of the site became an opportunity to incorporate modern elements and simple forms int the design of the exterior envelope.
